Citrus Salt

Our house made citrus salt has been lovingly hand zested, dried and mixed with Murray River Pink Salt to create a citrus burst to your food wherever you need a little citrus lift. We like to use it lots of different ways to add a lemony perfume to your food. Here are a few of our suggestions:

* Margaritas, line the edge of your glass 

* Eggs (especially fried), sprinkle when serving

* Cous cous or rice, mix a little in when serving to add a citrus perfume

* Roasted meats and/or vegetables

* Mixed into soups for a citrusy lift
