Yarramanda Farm is a small farm on the outskirts of Rutherglen in North East Victoria. I, Amanda am a qualified Commercial Cook/Chef and I want to share my love of slow food and preserving with others.
My family and I lovingly grow all of our own produce and then I use this seasonal bounty to make bespoke small batch preserves and other tasty offerings. I often don’t know what I’m going to make until I go out into the garden and pick the produce. I only use produce which is at its very best and I make things the slow way, by hand. I don’t use any thickening agents, gels, unnatural preservatives, or gums in any of my products. They are unique and lovingly made the old fashioned way (with time, love and stirring), for at least 6-12 hours depending on the product. All of the products are naturally gluten free and vegan (except for our curds and butters which are made from our fresh farm eggs). We have an onsite registered commercial kitchen so the produce goes straight from the garden, into the kitchen, into the jar.
Shop online at our shop, we offer express post shipping via Australia Post or you can collect from the farm (by appointment only please as we do not have a shop front).
Shop in person at the Rutherglen Farmers Market (2nd Sunday of the month), Albury Wodonga Farmers Market (4th Saturday of the month), Rutherglen Hardware Store, Rutherglen Visitors Information Centre, Food Mill Cafe Albury, Chiltern Farm to Plate, Pavilion Restaurant at Buller Wines, Sportspower Corowa, Waldron's IGA in Corowa or Stanton and Killeen Wines.
We supply fresh produce and jarred product to The Victoria Hotel, Rutherglen to feature on their menu.
